Frozen – Cast Information & Agreements

Thank you for being part of Frozen – The West End Musical with STAMP.
Auditions are now complete and we are delighted to welcome you into the cast.

We now need all cast members (and a parent/guardian if under 18) to complete the required agreements and join our communication group.
All other information on this page is provided to help you prepare for the rehearsal and performance process.

1. Cast Agreement Form

This form must now be completed by every cast member. It confirms:

  • Your place in the production
  • Rehearsal and performance expectations
  • Behaviour and safeguarding expectations
  • Permission for photographs and video content

2. Unavailable Dates Form

All cast members must also complete the Unavailable Dates form so we can plan rehearsals accurately.

Use this form to tell us about:

  • Pre-booked holidays
  • Important family events
  • Exams or school commitments

3. Join the Frozen Full Company Group on Spond

All communication throughout the production will take place via Spond.
This group is for all cast members and their parents/guardians and will be used for:

  • Rehearsal reminders
  • Announcements and updates
  • Absence reporting
  • Documents and schedules

Please ensure at least one parent/guardian joins for any performer under 18.

Rehearsals and Performance Information

Rehearsals

Rehearsals will take place at the STAMP Studios, South Shields, on:

  • Tuesday evenings, 6pm–9pm
  • Thursday evenings, 6pm–9pm

Rehearsals commence on Tuesday 6th January 2026 and continue weekly until the performance dates.

Additional rehearsals may be added for selected cast members as we approach the show.

Performances

All performances will take place at Brinkburn CIO, South Shields on:

  • Friday 15th May 2026 – 7pm
  • Saturday 16th May 2026 – 2pm
  • Saturday 16th May 2026 – 7pm

What Happens Next?

Once your agreements are signed and you have joined the Spond group:

  • You will receive confirmation emails from Adobe Sign
  • The production team will review all submitted information
  • The script and score are avaiaible now in Spond!
  • We will be in touch through Spond with further information, so ensure you join us there!
